Return & Refund Policy

At Elixir+Earth, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. Due to the nature of our skincare and personal care items, we have a limited return policy to ensure product integrity and safety.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at elixirnearth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products. All sales are final unless an item is damaged in transit or incorrect.
The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used or opened skincare products
  • Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts
  • Gift cards

Refunds & Replacements

  • If a refund is approved due to an order issue, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If a replacement is approved, we will ship a new item at no additional cost.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at elixirnearth@gmail.com for assistance.

Preorder Policy

All preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed. Preordered items will ship on or after the designated release date, and subsequent shipments will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
